1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dokovo Global Private Limited, operating as EcoNidhi ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of our platform, including EcoTrack, EcoComply, EcoMarket, and EcoCarbon services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to businesses and individuals who can form legally binding contracts under Indian law. By using our services, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.

3. Services Description

3.1 EcoTrack

Digital MRV (Measurement, Reporting, Verification) platform for tracking industrial scrap from collection to recycling.

3.2 EcoComply™

Automated compliance and ESG reporting engine for regulatory submissions.

3.3 EcoMarket

B2B marketplace connecting manufacturers with verified recyclers.

3.4 EcoCarbon™

Carbon credit generation and trading platform based on verified waste data.

4. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities
  • Not interfere with the platform's operation or security

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed as per the chosen plan (monthly/annual). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Marketplace transactions are subject to applicable transaction fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by Dokovo Global Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dokovo Global Private Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by providing written notice to us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
